Rented with them 18 months, household stuff properly packed. No food left. I recommend bag everything and put a plástic cover on all your valuables. The conditions I found my stuff was intact.
I can tell they do the pest control to keep them away (help by not leaving food) and the place was properly lock and kept.
This is my second time with them and completely recommend it. Very easy to rent, pay, access the property and all the people I’ve interacted with had been extremely helpful and understanding of my needs.

Amanda was very helpful in guiding us to get the right size unit. Even went as far as letting us and showing us around and making sure everything was big and dirt free.
