We’ve used a few different facilities, and nothing compares to the hospitality, price, and security of this one! Management does such a great job with keeping the property clean and maintained. I’ll always recommend My Thrifty to friends and family.

We visited the facility last week to look into renting a large unit for storing our business equipment and supplies. Alex was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our decision easy—we chose to rent the unit on the spot and ended our lease at the location we’d used for the past five years. Although relocating is never convenient, Alex’s outstanding customer service made the transition much smoother. Just the other day, while I was loading items into our new unit, Alex was walking the property. She not only remembered my name but also took the time to thank us for becoming new clients. The pricing here is more competitive, and the customer service is on a whole other level! Thank you Alex!!
